RIAA Sues 261 File Swappers

The tentacles of the internet may be far-reaching, but they are not out of reach of the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) as it has begun to sue computer users that have a history of excessive online music file-sharing habits, including a 12-year-old girl.
