NEC Introduces Two New Widescreen Showcase Series Home Entertainment Projectors...

NEC made a big splash this past year with its popular mid-range HT1000 DLP video projector. Now NEC enters the budget video projector market with two new models, the HT410 an HT510. These new units feature 16x9 aspect ratio, 1000 ANSI Lumens, and a 1200:1 contrast ratio. In addition, the 410 features a native pixel resolution of 854x480 and the 510 has a native pixel resolution of 1024x576. Both projectors are priced under $2,000.
