Senate Panel Votes Against Digital TV Deadline

Once again, the deadline for conversion of all analog television signals to digital-only has been postponed as the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee seems to have rejected a hard deadline proposal from its chairman, Senator John McCain (R-Arizona).
