Motorola may be in a prime position to revolutionize television manufacturing. Although it left the television market over twenty years ago, Motorola claims to be ready to jump back in, in a big way, as a result of its new Nano-tube technology. In essence, Nano-tubes can actually be "grown" and made into any screen size, from a 40-inch home size to gigantic stadium video displays. In addition, since Nano-tubes are much less inexpensive to produce and are thinner than any current screen technology being used in television and video displays, Motorola feels that consumers and professionals will enthusiastically embrace Nano-tube-based products.
