The concept of 3-D for home Television viewing takes another step forward with the announcement by DDD Group of its new TriDef Vision+ video processor that will "convert" any standard video signals, including those from a VCR, DVD, or Cable Box, for display on 3-D compatible video displays, such as a new type of LCD flat panel display in development by Arisawa Manufacturing. The system still requires the user to wear special glasses to view the 3-D images. For the full story, check out the report from HD Beat.
