Criterion Finally Makes The Jump to Blu-ray

For those that are not familiar with Criterion, they are the leading distributor of classic films from around the World on DVD that emphasize quality transfers, remastered picture and sound, and excellent historcial supplementary materials that are a cut above the traditional DVD releases from mainstream studios. I for one, have been waiting to see what Criterion does with access to high definition disc release capability. This move promises to be a welcome addition to the home theater experience.
