Millions of DTV Converter Box Coupons Requested, But Not Redeemed

With the DTV Transition date of February 17, 2009 now only about 100 days away, over 33 million converter box coupons have been requested, but only 13.5 million have been redeemed so far. The reason so many didn’t use the converter coupons is because stores didn’t get them in before the first batches sent out expired.
