First displayed at CES 2009, Samsung has now released more details and pricing for its new line of Blu-ray Disc players. All of Samsung's three new players are Profile 2.0 (BD-Live) capable, on-board decoding and bitstream output for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, and two USB 2.0 connections. However, there are differences between the models. First off, the BD-P4600 is either table or wall-mountable, while the BD-P3600 features both HDMI and 7.1 channel analog audio outputs, and the entry-level BD-P1600 requires additional memory for access to BD-Live functions.
The BD-P4600 is priced at $499 and will be available later this month (April 2009 - Price comparisons coming soon).
The BD-P3600 and BD-P1600 priced at $399
and $299
respectively, should be available now.

Response from Home Theater:
If you are attempting to copy Blu-ray to D-VHS that may not be possible due to the Blu-ray HDCP Copy Protection codes that are transfered via HDMI.
However, although there no HDMI to Firewire converters accessible for the consumer market, there are a few component video to firewire converters – here is one that you might check out:

However, once again, if your goal is to copy Blu-ray Discs to D-VHS, copy-protection will probably not enable you do this.
Here is a link to an explanation why there are no HDMI to Firewire converters:
