According to a report by the Daily Breeze, and the American Customer Satisfaction Index, DirecTV subscribers are more satisfied with their service than subscribers of Dish Network (which came in second), or Cable (Cox, Comcast, Time Warner). However, while many consumers may be happy with DirecTV's programming, consumers wishing to change or cancel DirecTV service have a different take on DirecTV's customer service, as evidenced by the myriad of comments I have received.
