U.S. Supreme Court Strikes A Blow For TV Viewing Freedom
Wednesday July 1, 2009
The Movie Studios and TV Networks are hopping mad over this one - The U.S. Supreme Court has decided not to hear a case involving a suit against Cablevision's new remote-DVR system that allows its subscribers to store recorded Cable TV programs and movies on a centralized server for latter viewing.
