The cool part about this will be the lack of “bait and switch” tactics. Consumers will be able to buy TVs below normal dealer cost which is great for them and good for the internet retailers that will survive their brick and mortar local competitors. When stores continue to lose money, they will eventually not be able to pay back the loans they took out to buy the merchandise they intended to sell at a loss. It will be interesting to see what we have a year from now when hyper inflation and higher taxes have taken effect.
