Four States Consider California-Type TV Energy Efficiency Standards

In a definite case of "I told you so", four more states are considering the adoption of regulations, similar to that of California, to restrict the amount of energy a TV can consume. On the other side of the issue, many states have so far rejected such measures as a practical energy-saving solution.
