Redbox Now Biggest DVD and Blu-ray Disc Rental Service

Redbox has passed up both Blockbuster and Netflix in the number of physical DVD and Blu-ray Disc rentals. Redbox's rental marketshare has increased from 25% in 2010 to 37 percent this past year. Also, at the same time, Blockbuster's share of the DVD rental market is now down to 17% and Netflix has decreased to 25% in the fourth quarter of 2011.
