Westinghouse Digital has already created a lot pre-CES buzz with its announcement that it will be showcasing a 110-inch 4K UltraHD TV, but on a more practical note, the are now teasing that it will also be showing a new line of Roku-ready TVs.

What is a Roku-ready TV you ask? These new TVs will come equipped with a special MHL-enabled HDMI port which allows consumers to connect a Roku Streaming Stick.

Not much larger than a typical flash drive, the Roku streaming stick provides all of the functionality and internet content access as well as its own built-in Wifi connectivity, that an external Roku box would have, without the hassle of the box, power cord, or long connection cable to the TV. The Roku Streaming stick is a $99 add-on to the TV. However, there is some indication that Westinghouse Digital may bundle the stick with some, or all, of its Roku-ready MHL-compatible TVs.

Stay tuned for more news on this, and more from CES 2013, as it becomes available. Official CES 2013 Logo provided by the CEA. Roku Streaming Stick Image provided by Roku.
