Fujitsu PDS5001 vs PDS5002
From WAKE5150:
I'm trying to figure out the difference between the Fujitsu PDS5001 and the Fujitsu PDS5002. The 5001 is the commercial version on the 5002. The 5001 has the Exact same video characteristics as the 5002. The 5001 seems to be sold $2k cheaper. The 5001 might have more RF emmissions (Class A) than the 5002 (Class B) Question: WHY NOT BUY a 5001 and save money??? Anybody research this?

FROM THE MAILBOX
From R:
I have been dubbing, from one VCR to another VCR, pre-recorded movies for my own viewing since I purchased my first VCR. Some VHS tapes dub just fine---others do not, (the picture becomes dark and sometimes distorted.). I want to purchase a replacement for one of my VCR's and my question is, what do you recommend that will serve my purpose? Both of my VCR's are pretty old and am hoping there might be a new model that will dub any pre-recorded tape I chose. I only dub movies I want to see repeatedly and am not doing it for any other purpose. Please advise.
From Your Guide:
The reason that many tapes do not duplicate properly is that there is an anti-copy signal embedded on the tapes that prevent you from making copies. There is no single VCR on the market (currently) that can bypass this. There are video stabilizers that can defeat this signal part of the time, but they are not gauranteed to work 100% of the time.
