DLP Vs Plasma
From LIBER2020:
I am shopping for a Home Theater :I looked at Zenith Plasma TV 60",I was told (and read) that DLP projection HDTVs in the same size, are sharper and better and more reliable. What is the "honest", real story?
2) I am also interested in sets with the capability of 'convergence'.The ability to use my computer while projected on the TV screen; some sales representatives just stare at me. Am I missing something? Do all HDTV-capable sets have "convergence" ability?

FROM THE MAILBOX
From Terry:
We bought a DVD player with CD/MP3 player/Picture CD and we seem to not be able to connect it to the TV/VCR combo that we have. Is there anyway that you know that we can, that our book is not telling us. Do we need an RF adapter?
From Your Guide:
If you have a TV/VCR combo, you will need an RF adapter. The reason being that that since the AV inputs of the TV/VCR combo go through the VCR section, the anticopy signal from the DVD player interferes with the input signal to the combo. This is to prevent you from making copies of DVD movies. Going through the RF connection enables you to bypass the VCR input and go directly to the TV section, provided the VCR section is off.
