It's DVD player! It's a VCR! It's a complete home theater system! That's right; the Panasonic SC-HT810V DVD/VCR combination home theater also incorporates a 5-channel surround sound amplifier with powered subwoofer. Of course the VCR is a 4-head HiFi stereo unit, and the DVD player section can play most DVD and CD discs including DVD-RAM, DVD-Audio, and MP3/WMA CDs. This unit is worth considering.

Is it possible to copy a DVD movie that I own from a DVD player to a DVD recorder using an RF Modulator? Does the modulator turn the digital signal into analog so that it bypasses any encoding problems?
From Your Guide:
No -- you cannot copy a commercial DVD in this manner if it is copyright encrypted. In addition, if you use the RF modulator in this manner will also lose all of the surround sound information on the DVD because RF modulators can only output a mono audio signal.
