The Harmony One Software Package and Remote provides the user very flexible, easy-to-use, cotnrol over almost all functions of a home theater system. In addition, the ergonomic design of the remote control makes it very comfortable when in your hand. The inclusion of both a Touchscreen menu system and buttons give the remote extensive control capabilities while retaining a small physical profile.
The thing I liked the best, is the way you setup and update the remote. The software package that is included enables timely database updates via an easy-to-use interface. Also, all the information about your specific remote is stored in the software and can be updated and re-downloaded to the Harmony One at any time, via a USB connection.
The only complaints I have about the Harmony One system are minor: The icons and text on the color touchscreen may be small to see for some users, Blu-ray and HD-DVD player device listing need to be separated from DVD device listing, and the touchscreen can be tricky to use if you have large fingertips.
