Moving down to the next row is the connection for the optional Anthem Dock (for iPod), Ethernet/LAN (for access to Internet Radio), and the rear mounted USB connection.
One the right of this photo are the AM/FM/HD Radio antenna connections.
Moving down the bottom section of this photo are six pairs of analog stereo audio inputs and two pairs of analog stereo outputs.
It must be noted that there is no provision for direct connection of a Turntable for playing Vinyl Records using the MRX700. You cannot use the analog audio inputs to connect a turntable due to the fact that the impedance and output voltage of the turntable cartridge is different than for other types of audio components.
However, If you have a turntable and need to connect it to the MRX700, you can employ an additional Phono Preamp in order to connect to one of the provided audio inputs. Also, some newer turntables have built-in phono preamps that will work with the audio connections provided on the MRX700. If you are planning to purchase a turntable, check for this feature.
