The Klipsch Quintet III 5-Channel Speaker System is a great performing speaker system for its size. Using Klipsch Tractix mid-range horns and .75-inch size aluminum tweeters, the quintet delivers a solid mid-range and bright high frequency performance, up to 23 Khz.
In addition, the 3.5-inch woofers provide upper bass response to 120 Hertz. It is recommended that a separate subwoofer be used for frequencies below 120 Hz.
In addition, the quintets can be either table or wall mounted, giving the user more flexibiliy when using them with a wall mounted flat panel television.
I found the Quintet III 5-channel speaker system to be an excellent value, especially at half their normal shelf price ($249 instead of $499) on Black Friday.
