Cool Components is a company that that makes fans and venting systems for home theater components. Their approach is very unique. For instance, as you can see in this photo, there is a large retangular case that houses four small fans. This fan system can be simply placed on top (or bottom) of a home theater receiver to provide the needed heat dissipation. If any of you own Onkyo 05 or 06 series home theater receivers, which are known to generate a lot of heat, this might be a great solution to keep your receiver running cool.
In addition, Cool Components makes serveral types of minature fans that can be easily placed on top of components to provide cooling, on the sides of a system rack.
