Sony was on hand with a very impressive booth featuring an extensive line of high-definition products. However, the one item that got a lot of attention was their new XEL-1 OLED TV that is now available for consumers. The TV is only 3mm thick, has a paltry screen size of 11-inches, and costs $2,499. This technology has a lot of promise, as it can deliver excellent detail, color, and contrast in a very slim form factor, but will take several years to become affordable for the average consumer.
