The screen surface of the KDL-46HX820 utilizes Sony's Opti-contrast panel for better contrast and brightness without being as susceptible to ambient light reflections. The entire screen surface is also covered by Corning Gorilla Glass for more durability and a more bezeless exterior look.
The stand that is provided with the TV (assembly required) provides a swivel function. The KDL-46HX820 can also be wall mounted with the purchase of optional wall-mounting hardware.
