The following tests were conducted with an OPPO DV980H DVD player using the Composite video output (bypassing all upscaling features in the DVD player) connected directly to the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 700 LCD Video Projector. In this setup all of the video scaling is performed by the video projector. The test results are shown as measured by the Silicon Optix HQV DVD Benchmark Disc.
