Screen grabs were obtained using a Sony DSC-R1 Digital Still Camera. All photos were taken at at 10 megapixels and resized for posting.
1. Using an OPPO DV-983H DVD Player the output resolution was set to 480i and the Composite video output of the player was connected to the matching composite video input on Optoma HD806.
3. I inserted a Silicon Optix HQV DVD Benchmark test disc in the DVD player and ran through a series of tests designed detect the deinterlacing and scaling ability of the Optoma HD806.
