Yes, the 12AM opening on Black Friday is still on, but the online price-matching policy, well, there are some exceptions. According to the information provided directly by Best Buy, the online price-matching policy has begun but price matching is restricted to "designated major retailers". According to their official list that includes Amazon, and related high-profile online sellers, such Apple.com, Bhphotovideo.com, Buy.com, Circuitcity.com, CompUSA.com, Crutchfield.com, hhgregg.com, and several more, but excludes third party "marketplace" and affiliate sites.
However, price matching will not be in effect during Black Friday week (November 22nd through 26th). In other words, if you were expecting any price-matching during Black Friday week, "forget about it!" - that is, unless, the store manager sees it differently on a case-by-case basis - if Best Buy Corporate is giving their store managers such leeway.
For all the specifics on Best Buy's shopping services and policies that are in store for consumers for the 2012 holiday shopping season, as well as a complete listing of qualified price matching retailers, check out their Official Announcement.
