2012 was a very interesting year in home theater and to discuss it all, Robert Silva, About.com Home Theater Guide, was invited to participate in the Twit.tv's Home Theater Geeks Video Podcast year-end wrap-up show.

Other participants included Home Theater Geeks Host, and Hometheaterhifi.com contributer, Scott Wilkinson, Simple Tech Guru, Tech Goes Strong contributor, and past About.com contributing writer, Barb Gonzalez, and Geoffrey Morrison (Contributor to CNET, Sound+Vision, and other sites and publications).

We spent a free-wheeling hour discussing both the best and worst in home theater for the past year (2012).

The show was recorded on December 10th, but will be podcast on Monday, December 31st at 2pm PST. The podcast will also be archived and available for anyone to download or stream later at their convenience. So if you miss it on Monday, you can access it at later.

To watch the show on Monday, just go to Twit.tv, click on Watch Live (even though the program was pre-recorded earlier), and then go to the right hand side of the screen and pick your streaming format. If you arrive a few minutes early, that is OK, as you will just see the end of the previous show and the Home Theater Geeks show will start shortly.

Enjoy the show. Feel free to send me your feedback.

For additional reference, if you haven't done so, also check out my own list of Home Theater Products of the Year - 2012.

12/31/12 - Update #1: The Home Theater Geeks Podcast was scheduled to be on at 2pm PST on Twit.TV, but for some reason it was not on. However, since the show was recorded and archived, it will be available for on-demand streaming or download.

12/31/12 - Update #2: The Home Theater Geeks Podcast is now up and available for streaming or download. Here is the link: http://twit.tv/show/home-theater-geeks/142. If the video doesn't play when you click on the image - click on the download option on the top right of the image or just go down the page and click on one of the audio or video download options listed there. You can delete the show off your hard drive afterwards if you would like. Thank you all for your patience.
