The Sony Media Player SMP-N100 comes with Netflix, Pandora, Slacker Radio, Amazon Video On-Demand, Hulu Plus and a number of other online streaming services. However, they aren't downloaded and available on your Sony Media Player SMP-N100 until you register the unit with Sony.
First, be sure you connect the Sony Media Player SMP-N100 to your home network and the internet using a wired connection (Ethernet), or a wireless connection.
Navigate to the Network icon that looks like a webbed globe.Find and navigate to the icon that reads, "Activate Enhanced Features, Register Your Device." Highlight this icon - a box appears around the icon - and press enter on your remote.
