If you never looked inside a home theater receiver, this is good example what is inside, as viewed from the front of the RX-V863. Without going into detail, you can see the power supply on the left, heat sinks towards the front, and all of the amplifier, sound, and video processing circuitry packed in. Yamaha really packed this one tight.
