Here is a look at the entire Settings Menu for the Sony NSZ-GT1.

In order to show you all of the setting categories, I put together this photo montage.

Network: Assists in setting up your network connection so that the NSZ-GT1 can access the internet. You can also check the status of your network connection.

Video Input: Allows you to integrate your cable/satellite box with the NSZ-GT1 using the HDMI input option.

TV and AVR: Configures the IR Blaster function between the NSZ-GT1 and a TV or Home Theater Receiver. This allows you to control either the TV or Home Theater Receiver using the NSZ-GT1's remote control.

Picture and Sound: Allows you set the NSZ-GT1's picture and sound settings. On the picture side, some of the setting options include Resolution, Screen Format (Aspect Ratio), Picture Size, HDMI color setting, Noise Reduction, and Screen Saver. On the sound side, some of the setting option include HDMI audio output, Audio output priority, BD audio mix, Dolby and DTS bitstream settings, Dynamic Range Compression, AV Sync, and Text-to-Speech (this functions actually provides a voice that reads text for you - available in several languages).

Disc Player Settings: Provides settings for Power on/off Timer, HDMI (Activates HDMI-CEC control functions), Cinema Conversion mode (progressive scan on/off), BD-ROM 1080p/24 setting, BD-DVD viewing settings (disc menu language display), BD Internet Connection (activates access to BD-Live functions when such content is available on a Blu-ray Disc).

Search: Provides for customization of search results according to type: Wed pages, Apps, Podcasts, TV, Movie, etc...

Applications: Allows an easy way to manage applications, including deleting of unwanted apps fro your system.

Input Devices: Allows use of additional compatible remote controls, provides sharing of information from your PC's Google Chrome browser with the GT1, provides pointer (cursor) speed setting changes, allows the setup of a compatible third party keyboard.

Accounts and Sync: Provides organization for all account information associated with using the NSZ-GT1, including internet content service accounts.

Privacy and Safety: Provides several functions, such as sending crash reports, factory reset option, video viewing history storage, video history deletion, ability to block adult-themed content, Parental Lock function, data and account backup.

Storage: Provides a read out of how much memory is being used by both internal storage capacity and any connected devices (such as USB flash drives).

Date, Time, and Location: Provides automatic or manual setting of date, time, and location information.

Accessibility: Provides the ability to activate accessibility options, such as a "Talk Back" feature that provides verbal explanation of the NSZ-GT1's features.

About: Displays information about your specific NSZ-GT1, including firmware version and update status, NSZ-GT1 getting started tutorial, and system support contact info.
