Pictured on this page is the Sirius Radio Tuner and Antenna, which is an optional accessory for a growing numbers of Home Theater Receivers (subscription required to receive service). As you can see they are both very compact.

The tuner is on the left side of the ruler, the AC adapter is just to the right of the tuner, and the antenna is on the right of the AC adapter. The antenna plugs into the tuner. There is plenty of cable length provided with the antenna so you can properly position it for best reception from the Sirius satellite. Also pictured, the just above tuner, AC adapter, and antenna, is the tuner-to-receiver connection cable.

On the far upper right corner of the photo is the Sirius connection on the back of a compatible Home Theater Receiver. The Sirius Radio tuner-to-receiver cable plugs into this input connection. In addition, the tuner also features both Digital Optical and Analog Stereo RCA output connection options for Receivers that do not have a Sirius connecction. Manufacturer's Site.
