D-Box Motion Control Game Chair - CES 2008

Here is a photo of the D-Box gaming chair in action. In this presentation, as the user drives the race course, the motion control cues from the game are transfered to the chair. As a result the "driver" can not only feel the vibration of the race car, but is also able to feel the textures on the road, from the subtle smooth road surface, to the grass, gravel, etc...
